Zoe is a PhD student in Planetary Science working with Prof. Julien de Wit. Her work focuses on understanding planet-star interactions specifically for eccentric systems. Her research interests include planetary atmospheres, using machine learning  for exoplanet detection, and mitigating stellar activity in radial velocities to become sensitive to the signals of earth-twins. Zoe also serves as a mentor for undergrad researchers and works to make science more accessible and inclusive through outreach.
