Research Description

Samantha is a 2nd year Planetary Science PhD student working with Dr. Kerri Cahoy.

She is currently working on studying methods to use exoplanet orbital phase and color to support orbit deconfusion in direct images of multi-planet systems. She is also broadly interested in studying exoplanet habitability. Before joining STAR Lab, Samantha earned her Bachelor's in Physics from Southeast Missouri State University, where she worked with a three dimensional general circulation model to examine the habitability of a simulated terrestrial planet.
