As the Director of Administration and Finance for the department, Mr. Richard assumes comprehensive responsibility for all administrative functions, including personnel and financial issues, student services, building operations, development, communications and space allocation.  He also provides counsel and comprehensive support to the department head, associate head, faculty, students and staff.
