We are pleased to announce that Megan Jordan has joined EAPS on August 1, 2017 as the department’s new Academic Program Administrator, succeeding Vicki McKenna who is retiring.
Most recently, Jordan worked at Wellesley College in Student Involvement where she developed leadership programs, advised 160+ student organizations and planned all student events. Prior to that she worked at Albright College in Student Activities and Residential Life, and before that at Alderson-Broaddus University as an admissions counselor.
Jordan holds a EdD in higher education administration from Northeastern University for which she wrote her dissertation on emotional intelligence development via mentoring. She also holds an MA in educational leadership in higher education from West Virginia University and a BA in English literature from Seton Hill University.
Jordan says she is excited to bring her student affairs background to her role in EAPS, and is very much looking forward to forging new connections supporting students and working with faculty. She says her biggest goal right now is to get to know everyone, so why not stop by her office and say Hello? You will find her in 54-910.
