Get Involved

Our alumni/ae are important to EAPS - stay connected! There are so many ways to stay involved. Call to let us know when you are in Cambridge and drop by to see us! Read EAPSpeaks, our monthly e-newsletter, and our annual EAPS Scope. Get today’s news on our website or on the EAPS Facebook page. Like to tweet? Check us out on Twitter and share our news!

Let us know about your achievements so that we can spread the word!

Join us for departmental events! Why not come to the annual Carlson Lecture on climate science at the New England Aquarium this Fall? Check Facebook for today’s departmental lectures. Network at EAPS annual receptions for alums and friends at the AGU Fall Meeting, the SEG Annual Meeting and the GSA Annual Meeting! (Let Megan Cokely know if you don’t get your invitation – mecokely@mit.edu)

For alums/friends who can offer insider career tips for graduate students and postdocs, please come and host an EAPS Career Mentor coffee hour, and chat with students and scientists who are contemplating what comes after MIT! Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Like to travel? MIT Alumni Travel regularly offers travel adventures and learning opportunities with an EAPS/MIT faculty member. See the world, brush up on your knowledge or learn something new! See the whole 2019 schedule on the MITAA website.

Take advantage of all the MIT Alumni Association has to offer.  Join your local MIT Club. Register for an Infinite Connection account to use the on-line alumni directory and to get e-mail forwarding for life. Read more about the MIT Alumni Association here.
