EAPS New Graduate Student Orientation

While the official orientation program will take place on Friday, August 30 we also want you to know about a number of optional EAPS social events planned by current graduate students.

In addition, the Graduate Student Council [GSC] also has a weeklong schedule of events aimed at  acclimating you to MIT and to the city of Boston. GSC-wide events are open to all graduate students. Some selections from the GSC orientation schedule are listed here so you aren’t missing anything important. See the Graduate Student Council Schedule for further details.

WHOI BBQ Day Trip: This is the opportunity to visit Cape Cod and Woods Hole. We will be leaving in the morning with a barbeque lunch at WHOI along with many other fun activities like relaxing on the beach and sports.
